Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging or tags intact.

Exclusions:

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and download.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged)
